Historic monuments are an invaluable part of our cultural heritage and as such, today, special attention is paid to preserving their history. This has not always been the case. Consequently, the original plans are often missing, the materials they are composed of are known only approximately and any later developments or improvements have not been documented, as they would be presently.<\/div>\r\nThese buildings are numerous and frequently very crowded so they need to adapt to meet the current demands for use. That implies improving them, making them more secure, reinforcing them, restoring their original beauty by cleaning them... in a word: rehabilitating them.\r\n\r\nThis rehabilitation should not be haphazard. On-site diagnostics and expertise<\/h2>\r\nIn the domain of historic monuments, A-CORROS has become over the years one of the key specialists in the characterisation and assessment of the weldability of puddle iron.
